In ProtocolMiscBuilder::BuildSetSignalReportCriteria of protocolmiscbuilder.cpp, there is a possible out of bounds write due to an incorrect bounds check. This could lead to local escalation of privilege with System execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation.
