In getAvailabilityStatus of EnableContentCapturePreferenceController.java, there is a possible way to bypass DISALLOW_CONTENT_CAPTURE due to a permissions bypass. This could lead to local escalation of privilege with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation.
