SSRF (Server-Side Request Forgery) in Lancet (CVE-2026-110240)
Summary
SSRF in Lancet (CVE-2026-110240). Risk of unauthorized operations or information disclosure.
Original description
The description as published by the source.
Lancet through 2.3.9 contains an SSRF protection bypass vulnerability in netutil.IsInternalIP that misclassifies IPv6 private, link-local, CGNAT and transition addresses as external. Attackers can supply hostnames resolving to these address forms, including NAT64, 6to4 or Teredo embedding internal IPv4, to reach internal services or cloud metadata endpoints.

Response actions
Concrete steps and command examples for SOC/SRE teams to execute in order
-
1Identify exposure identify
grep -r 'Lancet' . | grep -v node_modulesリポジトリと本番環境の依存ファイル (package-lock.json / requirements.txt / go.sum / Gemfile.lock 等) で
Lancetを grep し、稼働しているサービス・バージョンを把握する。 -
2Post-deployment verification verify
Confirm patched version is live in productionパッチ適用後、ステージングで PoC または同等の悪用パターンを再現して脆弱性が閉じたことを確認。本番ではアクセスログ・WAF でアラート再発が無いか継続監視。
