SQL Injection in Znuny (CVE-2026-93484)
Summary
SQL injection in Znuny (CVE-2026-93484). Risk of unauthorized operations or information disclosure.
Original description
The description as published by the source.
Znuny through 7.3.6 constructs a ticket-search database query by directly concatenating user-supplied input into the SQL statement. This lack of proper sanitization or the use of parameterized queries allows an attacker to inject arbitrary SQL commands, leading to data theft, modification, or denial of service. Specifically this is in Kernel::System::Ticket::TicketSearch and Kernel::System::Ticket::ArticleSearchIndex::DB via the ContentSearch parameter. The parameter is expected to be either "AND" or "OR", but its value was concatenated directly into the generated SQL query without validation.

-
1Identify exposure identify
grep -r 'Znuny' . | grep -v node_modulesリポジトリと本番環境の依存ファイル (package-lock.json / requirements.txt / go.sum / Gemfile.lock 等) で
Znunyを grep し、稼働しているサービス・バージョンを把握する。 -
2Post-deployment verification verify
Confirm patched version is live in productionパッチ適用後、ステージングで PoC または同等の悪用パターンを再現して脆弱性が閉じたことを確認。本番ではアクセスログ・WAF でアラート再発が無いか継続監視。
