Response actions

Concrete steps and command examples for SOC/SRE teams to execute in order

  1. 1
    Identify exposureidentify
    grep -r 'node-ansi-up' . | grep -v node_modules

    リポジトリと本番環境の依存ファイル (package-lock.json / requirements.txt / go.sum / Gemfile.lock 等) で node-ansi-up を grep し、稼働しているサービス・バージョンを把握する。

  2. 2
    Apply patchpatch

Original description The description as published by the source.

The npm package ansi_up converts ANSI escape codes into HTML. In ansi_up v4, ANSI escape codes can be used to create HTML hyperlinks. Due to insufficient URL sanitization, this feature is affected by a cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability. This issue is fixed in v5.0.0.
